Tal Streeter visited three MHS art classes at the invitation of Sonda Copeland, the head of the Art Department at MHS. He talked to them about his time in school in Manhattan and his life as an artist and what, to him, being an artist means. His kites “pushed sculpture off the pedestal and into the sky… into nature.” (Dragonflies are the model for the parasail.)
